Sales Executive (Beauty Brand) at a Reputable Company

We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Executive to promote and sell our beauty products, build strong customer relationships, and expand our distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, wholesalers, beauty stores, salons, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Recruit new distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
• Present and promote the company’s cosmetics products confidently to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Meet assigned sales and distributor acquisition targets.
• Conduct market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and distributor accounts.
• Provide regular updates on market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or retail sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in approaching and speaking with different types of customers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and recruit distributors.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos cosmetics and beauty market is an advantage.
