Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for all flow-station and equipment on the asset, including the wells, pipelines, production facilities, generators, etc.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
Develop and maintain asset integrity management systems to monitor and ensure the mechanical integrity of critical equipment.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential integrity threats and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Requirements:
BSc degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. (MSC will be an added advantage)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance and asset integrity management within the upstream oil and gas industry.
Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), API 510/570/653 or equivalent are highly desirable.
Proven track record of managing maintenance and integrity programs for a complex asset.
