Maintenance Officer at Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited

An indigenous oil and gas company in Victoria Island, Lagos is in search of a full-time Maintenance officer.
Roles/Duties include:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.

Experience: 2-3 years (Relevant experience)
Age: 30-42 years
Salary: N70k - N80k
Requirements:

• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience in plumbing are mandatory.
• Knowing air-conditioning systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance on e.g., generator, television, UPS, printer, photocopier machine, cctv, etc.
• A good understanding of customer service is essential.
• Have good communication skills.
• Must have an eye for detail and a good negotioation skill.

Qualification: Diploma, HND, OND, BSc.
