Responsibilities
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Work Order Management: Manage work orders, including prioritization, assignment, and tracking.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Maintenance Operations:

• Maintenance Supervision: Supervise maintenance personnel, including technicians, mechanics, and contractors.
• Quality Control: Ensure maintenance work meets quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve problems.

Asset Management:

• Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management plans to optimize asset performance.
• Inventory Management: Manage maintenance inventory, including parts, supplies, and equipment.
• CMMS Administration: Administer Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Safety and Compliance:

• Safety Management: Ensure maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and policies.
• Compliance Management: Ensure maintenance operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Budgeting: Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and cost estimation.
• Cost Control: Control maintenance costs, including labor, materials, and contractor expenses.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Reporting: Prepare and submit maintenance reports, including performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analytics: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance personnel.

Other Responsibilities:

• Contractor Management: Manage contractor relationships, including procurement, contract administration, and performance management.
• Emergency Response: Respond to maintenance emergencies, including equipment failures and safety incidents.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 - 8 years experience.
