As the Maintenance Engineer, you will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot elevator faults, and ensure reliability, safety, and uptime of installed systems for clients under maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventive maintenance and technical inspections on elevator systems
Respond to breakdowns and perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault repairs
Prepare maintenance reports, spare parts documentation, and technical records
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and clients
Participate in emergency on-call support and ensure service response compliance
Requirements
HND/B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
3–5 years of experience in elevator maintenance or building systems support
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
Experience handling preventive maintenance schedules and technical reporting.
