The Lubricants Regional Sales Manager will lead all sales and marketing initiatives within the assigned region.
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring business profitability through effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
The jobholder will identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and oversee the execution of initiatives that support both short- and long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications
A university degree (minimum of second class lower) in Engineering or relevant Science discipline
Relevant post graduate qualification would be an added advantage
Atleast 8 years of proven sales and business development experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the lubricants, oil & gas, FMCG, or related industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and developing profitable long-term customer relationships.
Solid background in market research, competitor analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Experience in channel development and penetrating new markets.
