Responsibilities

• Assist in daily business functions, including opening and closing procedures for each business day
• Assists in managing the day-to-day workflow of office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures
• Assists in planning and execution of office activities
• Monitor and administer time and attendance policy
• Generates departmental reports, to monitor workload, productivity, customer satisfaction
• Coordinates procedural updates, identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for procedural improvements
• Monitor escalation issues and supervises staff to assure accountability in compliance with departmental goals
• Execute operational projects and coordination of activities
• Selects, assign, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the function

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of 2years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Should be able to work independently in a diverse environment.
• Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Candidates must be computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office Tools.
