Lounge Manager at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary

• FMR AGENCY is hiring on behalf of a premium hospitality brand that caters to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). We are looking for an experienced and polished professional to fill the role of Lounge Manager at their upscale venue in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
• The Lounge Manager will oversee daily operations of a luxury lounge, ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience for High Net-Worth Individuals.
• This role involves staff supervision, premium customer service delivery, inventory control, financial management, and event coordination to maintain the lounge’s elite brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring premium guest service at all touchpoints.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance for bar, kitchen, and service teams.
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients and ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and stock control, ensuring availability of premium beverages and services.
• Coordinate private events and special activations that align with the brand’s luxury image.
• Monitor and improve sales performance, manage budgets, and provide operational reports.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Uphold a luxurious ambiance and ensure consistency in high service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in upscale lounges, nightclubs, or hotel bars preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of premium customer service expectations for HNIs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
