Job Responsibilities
Manage daily lounge operations
Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
Handle bookings, complaints, and customer inquiries
Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relations
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment
Monitor sales, expenses, and overall performance.
Job Requirements
3 – 5 years of experience in hospitality or lounge/bar management
