Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of a lounge.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily lounge operations
Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
Handle bookings, complaints, and customer inquiries
Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relations
Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment
Monitor sales, expenses, and overall performance.
Job Requirements
3 – 5 years of experience in hospitality or lounge/bar management
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
