Loss Prevention (Security Officer: Retail Store) at Alister Greene Consulting

Objectives:

The Loss Prevention (security officer) supports the Store Supervisor and Store Team in executing their daily task in the store.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Check the movement of stocks and humans in the store including shoplifters.
• Constant Observation of the stocks kept on the shelves.
• Handle incidents & discrepancies.
• Be actively involved in the stock-taking process.
• Cross-check customers’ receipts at the exit.
• Handle issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.
• Assist in preparing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Manage customer queue.
• Help in Reduction in the loss percentage /pilferage.
• Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
