Job Description

• Manage the control assessment process and provide business with risk-based insights.
• Act as a technical resource by providing technical assistance and evaluation of prospective account to underwriting partners.
• Establish and Implement a Vendor Management strategy
• Carryout all pre-loss, post lost surveys as required
• Provide risk assessment and risk consulting services for customers and business partners.
• Support Underwriting department to price risk correctly through risk assessment, benchmarking, and portfolio analysis.
• Contribute to claims reduction through effective client service and help to reduce unjustified claims.
• Operate globally to identify, assess and improve the management of risk
• Work with Underwriting, Claims, Clients and Brokers where appropriate to develop customized loss control programs.
• Develop risk improvement actions to minimize risk.
• Survey client operations to obtain appropriate date, identity hazard, discuss findings with appropriate parties and generate loss control reports.
• Appoint and monitor third parties ensuring adequate contract controls with budgets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in the insurance industry. 
• CIIN is an added advantage.
• Efficient planning and execution of specific tasks.
