Job Description

• Oversee, Manage and develop logistics plan
• Develop strategies to streamline transport processes and reduce cost
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling, storage and distribution of goods
• Adequately track goods from dispatch to delivery
• Collaborate closely with product suppliers and clients to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
• Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers where needed
• Provide Quick and timely responses to our customers to develop professional long term business relationships
• Improving the overall supply chain performance and possible innovations to the process
• Ensure all company fleet vehicles licenses are complete and up to date and complies with the needs of the federal, state and practicable laws.
• Ensure that all Logistic/supply chain target set is achieved
• Formulating the records of the activities related to imports and sure all import programs are according to the accepted regulations
• Coordinating product shipping to ensure the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or retail locations.
• plan and implement all imports and export transportation strategies
• Plan and oversee shipment bookings with carriers
• Ensure all insurance on shipment and processes align

Qualification / Skills

• A Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 7 years working experience
• Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution
• Strong working experience in import and export procedures
• Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
• Good time management skills
• Relevant certifications.
