Loan Officer and Deposit Mobilization Officer at County Finance Limited

​​​​​​​LOAN OFFICER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell loan products & meet loan product targets.
• Consistently deliver first-class customer service.
• Represent the employer at community events and host seminars.
• Maintain current knowledge of all applicable lending regulations, the economy, market rates, vendors & competitors.
• Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
• Ensure all necessary information and documentation is submitted to the loan underwriting department and is recorded properly in electronic file format.

DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION OFFICER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

• Source for new high-end customers.
• To attract and secure deposits from individuals, businesses, and organizations.
• Maintaining existing deposit clients.
• Inform the client of the status of their deposit.
• Ensure the form for opening a fixed deposit account is adequately completed and registered.
• Contribute to developing innovative savings products in line with customer needs.
• Create and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors with interest on ordinary and fixed deposits.
• Marketing and sale of all County Finance’s deposit products.
• Meet assigned targets and quotas in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to create and execute a business plan to enhance deposit mobilization, and retention and manage withdrawal attrition.
