Loan Marketing Officer at AMS Finance & Management

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote AMS Finance’s loan products to customers in private sector organizations.
• Source, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of loan clients.
• Conduct preliminary credit analysis and ensure loan applications comply with internal policies.
• Prepare and submit loan proposals for approval and ensure timely disbursement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance loan product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular market insights and feedback on customer trends, competition, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in loan sales, credit, or retail banking within a financial institution.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and SME loan products.
• Excellent communication, marketing, and negotiation skills.
• Sound understanding of credit analysis and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
