Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer to lead and manage all security operations within our manufacturing facility.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting company assets, employees, products, and premises while ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 10 years of security experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial security operations, risk management, and investigations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Retired military, police, or paramilitary officers with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work in Ikeja, Lagos.
