Lifting Equipment Inspector at JC International

Objectives:

• To carry out inspection of all customers equipment in compliance with JC International Operating procedures and applicable standards.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Inspection
• Reporting
• Quality enforcement officer
• Proof load testing and carry out thorough examination of lifting equipment and Cargo Carrying Units.
• To carry out Non-Destructive examination in compliance with JC International operations procedures, which is drawn from the industry applicable standards to suit customer specification
• Produces an error- free field inspection reports to certification department in a timely manner
• Inspection of finished services, co-ordinate paper works and expedites orders.
• Ensures all job completion forms are signed off by clients upon completion
• Attend daily tools box meetings
• Attend weekly operating procedure / operating standards review meetings
• Pre-check the status of all working materials/tools that suits the job scope.
• Record all equipment identification number on the equipment mobilization booklet.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess either a B.Sc. or HND in any science or engineering field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite use is compulsory.
• LEEA certificate will be an added advantage
• FID certificate will be an added advantage
• NDT in any method will be added advantage
