Job Description
- Monitoring all legal affairs within the organization.
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.
- Offer legal advice.
- Conduct legal research.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with minimum of 2 years litigation experience in legal drafting
- Vast in cooperate law practise
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work long hours when needed.
