Legal Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 - 7 years
- Location Lagos

Job Requirements
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
- Must possess a Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, construction law and contract law.
Job Description
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to real estate, construction, project management, architectural designs, valuation reports and other services provided by the firm.
- Prepare lease agreements, partnership agreements and other legal documents required for the firm’s operations.
- Advise on issues related to land tenure, title deeds, property transfer, and land use permits.
- Handle disputes arising from real estate transactions, valuation assessments or development projects.
- Assist in the preparation and legal vetting of project documents, including architectural designs, tender documents, contracts with contractors, and valuation reports.
