Legal Manager at Eat'N'Go Limited

• Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
• Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters.
• Develop and manage the legal department budget.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in law, a license to practice law, and several years of experience as a lawyer or a legal office
•  Additionally, excellent knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations in your industry and jurisdiction is necessary, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also important for this role.
