    Legal Counsel

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years post-call legal experience, with at least 3 years in the oil & gas industry (preferably upstream operations).
    • Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review of PSCs, JOAs, drilling, and service agreements.
    • Proven knowledge of regulatory compliance in Nigeria’s oil & gas sector (NUPRC/DPR, NCDMB, etc.).
    • Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and risk management skills.
