Responsibilities
- Development of Privacy Policy and Data Protection Framework
- Preparation of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for programme sponsors
- Drafting of Participant Agreements and Consent Forms
- Ensuring Regulatory and Institutional Compliance
- Support entrepreneurs in understanding Legal Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning
- Provide legal guidance to programme participants on:Business formation and structuring, drafting simple contracts and agreements, and regulatory compliance requirements (FIRS, SMEDAN)
- Support entrepreneurs in their business registration and incorporation (CAC processes)
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of First Degree in Law (LL.B) with 2 -3 years relevant professional experience
- Must be a qualified Legal Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of: Business and commercial law, Corporate practice and compliance, and MSMEs and startup legal frameworks in Nigeria
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a virtual/online learning environment
