Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and engage in high-impact litigation in human rights and anti-corruption cases.
• Advocate for transparency, accountability, and justice within the legal framework.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of lawyers, policymakers, and activists to strategize and effectively deliver on the organisation's mission.
• Represent the organisation in key legal proceedings and explain complex legal issues to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

• A minimum of 7 years post-call litigation experience, with solid expertise in human rights and anti-corruption laws.
• A deep commitment to human rights, with a strong sense of social justice and accountability.
• Proven ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically in complex legal contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• The ability to explain and advocate complex legal positions internally and externally.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
