Support collation of training plans across the Group, sourcing of Vendors and implementation of training plans.
Manage the Performance Management Process by ensuring the objectives and appraisals are completed on the system in alignment with global timelines.
Support the recruitment and management of training vendors, review training contents, and ensure training logistics are made available as required.
Liaises with ITF in the registration of trainings, documentation, and application for reimbursements. Minimum reimbursement of 70% training contribution yearly
Post-training evaluation, preparation of training reports and submission to relevant stakeholders.
Manage the selection, placement and engagement of interns. Assess their development and evaluate their progress with supervisors.
Collation & maintenance of training data/history
Training facility management including sourcing, maintenance, and other related administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications:
First degree in Social Sciences or Economics would be preferred

Experience
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ work experience in a similar role with a large organization.
Excellent and demonstrable negotiation, organization skills and strong abilities to manage tasks.
Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-point.
Excellent LMS, Data Management and Analytical skills.
