We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join a dynamic consulting team focused on helping organizations improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and workforce capability.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who can diagnose organizational challenges, design impactful learning and development solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and drive business growth through consultative client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client needs assessments and organizational diagnosis
Design tailored learning, leadership, and workforce development solutions
Develop proposals, presentations, and client engagement strategies
Drive business development and manage a portfolio of client opportunities
Build and grow lasting client relationships
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
7 - 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Advisory, Management Consulting, or a related field
Proven experience in client-facing consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
Strong proposal writing, presentation, and business development skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities
