Lead, Traffic & Schedules at Popcentral TV

Responsibilities:

Production Schedules:

• Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules for all Popcentral shows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with content strategies, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Supervise and arrange all pre-show production needs, including technical requirements and logistics.

Show Logistics:

• Oversee the allocation of resources to all stakeholders involved in production, including internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Production team to ensure that all show requirements are met, from set design to technical specifications.

Post-Show Activities:

• Supervise and arrange all post-show needs, including cuts for social media promotions, clients, and distribution outlets such as our app.
• Collaborate with the Content team to ensure seamless distribution and promotion of post-show content.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

• Interface internally and externally with all teams, stakeholders, and departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of shows and activities.

Resource Allocation:

• Allocate resources efficiently, considering the needs of various departments and ensuring optimal utilization.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors to secure necessary resources for production.

Scheduling Execution:

• Develop and maintain a master schedule for all shows and activities, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with the Lead, Creators & Content to align production schedules with content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scheduling and traffic management within the entertainment industry.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with production workflows and post-show processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts. - Proficient in relevant scheduling software and tools.
