    Lead, Talent

    Purpose Statements

    • Serves as the lead on talent resourcing activities and manages the manpower delivery process as well as other HR shared services functions.
    • Understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment. performance and talent management

    Key Deliverables

    • Drives manpower planning processes to ensure all human resource requirements are based on periodic business plans and are justified vis-à-vis revenues and growth estimates.
    • Works with functional managers to determine training gaps and ensure adequate and effective training and competence development programs are in place to provide staff with the competencies required for success in their current and future planned roles.
    • Planning regular employee performance reviews and feeding back to the business
    • Developing and implementing employee retention programs or strategies
    • Creates an active pool of good talents for assigned business divisions by proactively attracting and selecting good talents whilst ensuring timely replacement for vacancies Vet all fleet-related transactions and payments.
    • Implements business recruitment programs which include a screening of experienced hire. resumes, coordination of graduate aptitude tests, etc.
    • Manages the employee lifecycle within the organization.

    • Good supervisory, coaching, and mentoring skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong proficiency in the use of MS Office tools
    • Effective time and resources management
    • Excellent interviewing/ negotiation skills
    • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
    • Contract management skills
    • Good leadership and people management skills

    Minimum Qualification / Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any of the social sciences/ related discipline
    • Relevant postgraduate certification will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience in an HR Role
    • Relevant Professional HR Qualifications are a must (CIPM, HRCI or CIPD)
