Lead, Outsourcing at Halogen Group

About the Role

• We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Lead, Outsourcing to oversee our outsourced workforce operations. In this role, you’ll manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive employee experience and high retention. You’ll also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers to deliver exceptional service and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and seamless onboarding of outsourced employees.
• Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring satisfaction.
• Use HR analytics to guide decisions, mitigate risks, and improve outcomes.
• Lead and develop the HR operations team to achieve business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5–8 years’ HR experience, including HR operations, recruitment, and large-scale employee management.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
• Strong skills in recruitment, talent management, HR technology, analytics, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
