Telesales Executive at MyJobMag Limited

We are big on customer service and retention in 2022. We want to ensure that our existing customers get the best service, and are in the know of our latest offers at MyJobMag.

As our Telesales Champion, you are expected to reach out to existing customers, leads and prospects to understand their needs and perception of our services with a view of assisting them to fulfill their needs, resolve their challenges and upsell relevant and useful services to them.

Job Description

• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
• Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements;
• Make outbound contact to potential prospects via phone call, email or social media.
• Manage, nurture and convert potential prospects into sales opportunities before transferring lead to an account manager.
• Identifying customers’ needs; researching every issue and providing solutions.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Give feedback and recommendations to Management.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of sales experience or result oriented customer service oriented experience is desirable.
• Must be comfortable with meeting KPIs
• Must have a B.Sc. / HND / OND in a related field.
