    Lead Generation Executive

    Job Description

    • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
    • Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements;
    • Make outbound contact to potential prospects via phone call, email or social media.
    • Manage, nurture and convert potential prospects into sales opportunities before transferring lead to an account manager.
    • Identifying customers’ needs; researching every issue and providing solutions.
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
    • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
    • Give feedback and recommendations to Management.

    Requirements

    • 1 year of sales experience or contact centre outbound experience is desirable.
    • Must be comfortable with meeting KPIs
    • Must have a B.Sc. / HND / OND in a related field.
