    Lead Consultant

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Lead Consultant.
    • The Lead Consultant will be responsible for overseeing HIV-related programs, coordinating support groups, providing leadership for advocacy initiatives, and collaborating with constituent bodies to address the needs of the network's members.
    • The role involves facilitating planning sessions, monitoring program implementation, analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to organizational goals and objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Program Management and Strategic Planning skills, including the capability to coordinate large-scale initiatives and monitor program progress
    • Advocacy, Stakeholder Engagement, and Partnership Development expertise to drive HIV policy development and program collaboration
    • Knowledge of HIV/AIDS programming, community health, and experience working with patient-focused networks or similar organizations
    • Strong Communication, Report Writing, and Presentation skills for clear and impactful messaging
    • Problem-Solving and Analytical abilities to address program challenges and evaluate outcomes effectively
    • Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams
    • Prior experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector and familiarity with Nigeria's healthcare policies is an added advantage
    • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic and evolving organizational setting
