Laundry Manager at Culminate Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations.
• Ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest laundry items are properly cleaned, pressed, and stored.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the laundry unit.
• Implement cost-effective laundry processes to minimize wastage.
• Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff for optimal productivity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals.
• Ensure timely handling and delivery of guest laundry.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of laundry equipment.
• Prepare reports on usage, costs, and departmental performance.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and fabric care.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must live within or be willing to relocate to Lekki and its environs.
• Confidentiality and professionalism are key requirements.
