Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Bank Manager, located in Lagos Mainland.
• The Land Bank Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to land banking activities.
• Responsibilities include managing and analyzing land acquisition opportunities, maintaining business relationships with property owners, ensuring financial and legal compliance, and leading a team of professionals to meet organizational goals.
• Additionally, they will handle customer service inquiries and coordinate with different departments to facilitate land development projects.
• He must be a town planner and must know how to use GIS system with a minimum of 4 years experience.
