Job Summary

• Actively source and mobilize deposits; recruit clients, register and maintain corporate/deposit (overdraft) accounts. Mobilize cash as a boost to the liquidity ratio. Drive product uptake of our digital channels, including internet banking, USSD, mobile banking, and debit cards, while driving innovation and customer adaptation.

Job Details

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively engage in deposit mobilization activities through various channels including direct sales, marketing campaigns, and relationship building within coverage area.
• Drive daily accounts opening at a minimal cost in order to maximize profit
• Grow the deposit portfolio at a pre-determined percentage
• Source for new, and maintain existing corporate accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Ensure that term deposit account opening forms are duly completed and registered
• Ensure due diligence is enforced to meet regulatory requirements and protect the interest of both the depositors and the bank
• Drive sales of all digital products of bank.
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related discipline

Experience: 2 – 3 years in a similar role
