Job Description:

• Conduct complex clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, immunology, microbiology, and biochemistry to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Analyze and interpret test results, reporting findings to physicians and healthcare providers with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement laboratory testing procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor lab technicians, ensuring quality control and accuracy in all laboratory work.
• Participate in research and development projects, contributing to advancements in laboratory science and medical diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Licensed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the relevant professional body.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory environment, with a strong background in diagnostic testing and laboratory procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex test results.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
