    • Menu Planning
    • Oversee Kitchen Operations
    • Team Management
    • Inventory Management
    • Quality Control & Food Safety
    • Budgeting/procurement.
    • Culinary Innovation.

    Requirements / Skills

    • Culinary Education
    • Proof of at least 5 years work experience as Kitchen manager or Executive Chef
    • Leadership Skills
    • Culinary Expertise
    • Time Management & availability to work weekends
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office
