Job responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot company's gas equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot company's kitchen equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Collaborate with mangers and other stakeholders to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Perform routine maintenance (pm) tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
- Any other assigned duties
