Job Description

• Must have excellent Oral and Written English communication skills.
• Ability to create Healthy, Nutritional Menus for Children ages 1-10 years is a must.
• To produce creative menu with the school chef.
• To produce dishes to enhance the overall dining experiences for children.
• To assist the chef in meal preparation.
• To prepare local and continental dishes for staff daily meals.

Qualifications / Experience

• SSCE / GCE or NECO.
• Professional Catering Certification is an added advantage.
• Must demonstrate culinary expertise and be creative to produce dishes to enhance the overall dining experiences for children.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Must be a female.
• Must possess the ability to prepare / keep accurate and updated on-going detailed records / reports of each child's overall progress.
