    Key Account Manager – Industrial Marketing

    Role Overview

    • The role focuses on market development, brand positioning, dealer engagement and driving business growth across industrial segments. It requires extensive field travel, strong industry networking and hands-on execution of regional marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute region-specific industrial marketing strategies
    • Build, manage and grow key accounts and dealer networks
    • Plan and execute product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions and trade fairs
    • Conduct competitive market analysis and identify new business opportunities
    • Support sales teams with product demonstrations, marketing tools and benchmark studies
    • Track ROI of marketing initiatives and prepare performance dashboards
    • Execute digital marketing initiatives and gather customer and market feedback
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align branding and business objectives

    Experience & Skills Required

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing
    • Strong industry connections within Cement, Steel, Power and Mining sectors
    • Proven experience in product branding, channel development and lifecycle management
    • Excellent communication, planning and execution capabilities
    • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
    • Willingness to travel extensively

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • MBA or certification in Marketing/Business Development

    • Strong relationship builder with influential industry contacts
    • Self-driven, strategic and target-oriented
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable working independently in a field-intensive role
