Job Summary

• The Junior Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in managing project activities.
• The individual will assist in cost tracking, invoicing, quality assurance, and documentation for both in-house and third-party services. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting across all project portfolios.

Job Details

• Collect, review, and comment on documents required for invoicing (e.g., time sheets, reports)
• Prepare invoice documentation for submission to the Financial Department
• Track and follow up on JCCs, SES, invoice preparation, issuance, and client payments
• Support subcontractor payment processing and maintain financial records
• Update internal databases with financial, procurement, and service tracking data
• Prepare monthly financial reports and activity completion summaries
• Ensure quality procedures are followed in documentation and invoicing processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project folders and naming conventions
• Provide project support as directed by the Project Manager
• Assist in tracking service delivery and project milestones

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or project engineering environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in project documentation, invoicing, and quality assurance processes is required
