QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• HND/B.A or BSC in Social Sciences
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Intermediate to advanced level

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

• Welcoming guest, contacting colleagues and leading guest to host
• Ensure effective lounge preparation
• Ensure effective passenger handling
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
• Ensure an effective administration function
• Ensure effective marketing of the aviation services offered by Execujet
• Ensure that all supplementary functions are carried out effectively
