Junior Community Health Extension Workers at National Primary Health Care Development Agency

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Interested applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Must have obtained a Certificate of the Junior Community Health Extension Worker and a practicing License
• Individuals should be within the age range of 25-60 years
• Must be residing in the Local Government ward/community he or she is applying to
• Have a minimum of secondary education
• Must be ready to work in rural areas
• Should be able to read and write in English or the local language
