IT Project Manager (Remote) at Axiom PRO LLC

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background for the company in the fields of molecular biology, medicinal chemistry and biotechnology. Company's mission is to improve the patient’s quality of life by linking basic science and the development of diagnostic and pre-clinical treatments. The company provides clinical laboratory services through a CLIA certified clinical laboratory with multiple state licensing. The laboratory specializes in state of the art; automated DNA based molecular analysis of a variety of chronic and infectious diseases. Main responsibilities of a project manager include managing resources, keeping the client requirements in check, coordinating with the team and making sure that the outcomes are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Activity and resource planning;
• Organizing and motivating a project team;
• Controlling time management;
• Cost estimating and developing the budget;
• Ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Analyzing and managing project risk;
• Monitoring progress;
• Managing reports and necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in technical integrations
• A strong technical background and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong efforts to achieve results with minimal supervision
• Ability to be externally facing and having great interpersonal skills on the business and technical side of things
• Ability to adapt to different cultures, as the role requires interfacing with content partners around the world
• Ability to work across EST time zones
• Consideration for privacy and security obligations
