We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Identifying businesses or contractors that require invoice discounting loan product, onboard them and ensure that the credit facility is disbursed.
What you’ll do:
Identify contractors/suppliers for reputable Companies in Nigeria that require invoice financing
Review and ensure proper load documentation is submitted. Effectively communicates with client if missing documentation.
Verification of invoices with the assigned debtor, following prescribed protocol as stated by the Risk Management team.
Effectively manage relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
What you’ll need (Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related field
Experience working in relevant environment. Preferably someone that has driven invoice financing in a lending company, bank, or a Fintech company.
Relevant product knowledge of invoice financing
Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
Consistently achieved objectives set for them and taken action to improve their own performance
An open, flexible, and supportive approach to change and innovative
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise, and professional manner
