Investor Relations & Impact Lead at Trade Lenda

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development:

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key foundations and investors aligned with our mission and impact goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure significant funding for our programs and initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand our network and visibility.

Program & Project Sealing:

• Leading the development of compelling proposals, grant applications, and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of target foundations and investors.
• Negotiating and finalizing funding agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and donor expectations.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of funded projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and impact metrics.

Impact Measurement & Reporting:

• Developing and implementing robust impact measurement frameworks to track and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.
• Preparing detailed impact reports and presentations for funders, showcasing the tangible outcomes and social return on investment.
• Utilizing data and insights to continuously improve program design and implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including program beneficiaries, community leaders, and government officials.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Working to increase the visibility of the Organization through successful interaction with stakeholders.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities and emerging trends in the impact investing landscape.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 4 - 5 years of  experience.
