    Investment Managers

    Summary

    This role is primarily responsible for driving liability generation for the institution, building and managing strategic relationships for investors and serving as the single point of contact for new business as well existing portfolios.

    Job Description 

    1. Develop and implement a business development plan to improve assets, retention of financial investment and manage withdrawal attrition.
    2. Source new HNI clients, Corporate Businesses and persuade them to make financial investments.
    3. Maintaining existing Investors. 
    4. Create and enhance new methods for rewarding investors with interest on all investments.
    5. Inform the client of the status of their assets.
    6. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, private individual and HNI clients
    7. Meet assigned targets and quota in wealth creation and other assigned tasks.
    8. Ensure the form for opening a investor’s account is adequately completed and registered.
    9. Contribute to the development of innovative products in line with customer needs
    10. Marketing and sale of all institution’s investment products.
    11. Develop and implement a sales plan for identified target customers with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new financial investments to the company.
    12. Advice client of investment status.
    13. Innovate and develop attractive value-added investment products together with the Business Development to achieve the overall liability generation targets.
    14. Source appropriately priced and structured liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources
    15. Liaise with Team Lead to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the investors and the organization.

    Requirements 

    1. Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing and any other related course
    2. Proven knowledge and experience selling investment products
    3. 3 -5 years’ experience in liability generation 
    4. Relevant experience in a Microfinance, Commercial bank, Finance Company, Fund Managers and other Investment institution is highly required
    5. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming.
    6. Target and results oriented and willing to take responsibilities
    7. High computer literacy.
    8. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
    9. Good written and oral communication.
    10. Ability to initiate and pursue projects approved by management on his initiative.
    11. Confident personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    12. Attention to detail.
