    Investment Advisor

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills and a proven track record of driving sales to the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and the company's client base
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
    • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties
    • Conduct property viewings and inspections, and negotiate terms and conditions of sales
    • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, prices, and legal requirements
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide exceptional client service and achieve team goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing/Sales or any other related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or related sales role.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a marketing/sales executive
    • Ability to generate revenue for the company on a monthly target basis
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • A very strong passion for sales and possess great networking skills
    • Solid knowledge of how to use marketing techniques to drive sales
    • Handson experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
