KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads and secure new business.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teanns.
- Conduct professional site inspections.
- Finalize contracts and agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Economics, Real Estate. or related field
- Proven experience in real estate business development or investment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
