Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work.
• The Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day team operations, develop and execute strategies to meet sales and service goals, and ensure efficient property management.
• Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, identifying business growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Experience in property sales, client relationship management, and business development.
• Understanding of real estate and property development practices in the Nigerian market.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and general computer literacy.
• Adaptability to hybrid working arrangements and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in real estate is an advantage.
