Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Research and pursue new business opportunities
• Identify clients' needs, requirements and proposing suitable solutions
• Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations
• Upsell and cross sell products/services to clients
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently
• Prospect for new clients
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow customer base
• Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand

Qualifications

• BSc Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
• 5-7 years relevant experience as a business development manager, investment advisor or a relationship manager
