We are looking for an experienced, well connected, organized and International Recruitment Specialist in Lagos, Nigeria to build a second source market in Ireland and take our company and platform to the next level!
Responsibilities
On a daily basis, represent the ApplyBoard brand to promote our platform and services to agents. This a high performance, individual contributor role with the primary task of increasing agency sign ups to our platform. The role will require extensive local, and at times out of city/state travel, wherever there is a substantial presence of agents.
Promote Ireland schools across designated regions.
Conduct training sessions (ApplyBoard spread) for International Recruitment Managers.
Conduct Ireland School knowledge sessions for Recruitment Partners.
Drive destination enrollments be enabling the sales team and recruitment partners on the process
Manage assigned set of recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application funnel ie Application to submission improvisation, Min 4 recruitment partners visit daily and train them and their counselors on the process, top schools, and programs, and requirements
Conduct regional webinars and seminars on a regular basis
What you bring to the table:
Possess a postgraduate degree in any field (preferably an MBA) with a proven track record of min 5 years in International Student Recruitment for that destination(preferably in a B2B setting).
Be a destination subject matter expert
Attendance at Recruitment Partner Exhibitions and industry conferences to promote the destination.
Assist regional sales team regional leadership and its team members with the coordination and execution of approved destination GTM strategy.
Implement and track monthly promotional strategies to achieve destination-specific sales targets.
Enable the team to address recruitment partner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide timely market feedback so that the destination head can timely coordinate with partner relations managers and partner client managers to ensure smooth flow through the entire application funnel.
Stay up to date with region-specific industry trends and align ApplyBoard with competitor information.
