We are looking forward to Hiring an internal Control officer with below responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management
• Training, supervising and appraising staff
• Maintaining financial records and ensuring stock, finance and sales tally
• Present periodical sales report
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints and preparing customer review reports
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Motivating staff to ensuring policy compliance
• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure stocking
• Manage all controllable costs
• Ensure compliance with quality and excellence in store arrangement and customer service
• Ensure the store remains cleans and presentable at all times
• Responsible for early warning management of operational risks.
• Check and monitor the implementation of internal systems and processes, and issue corresponding compliance inspection opinions and improvement suggestions based on the results of internal inspections.
• To adhere to health and safety policies and procedure
• Ability to manage crisis/conflict and also to take responsibility and accountability at all time.

Requirements

• Minimum of Hnd in Accounting or related field
• Sound knowledge of retail store operations..
• Process and S.O.P management
• Inventory and
• Go- getter and pro-active
• Mult- tasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Candidates must live within in-between Yaba and Lagos Island

Salary: ₦60,000.00 per month
